Helpful staff but noisy nights

The hotel was clean and offered a vibrant ambiance. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Ali and his team in the restaurant who always wore smiles and provided quick service.

However, my restful nights were disrupted by relentless street noise and loud festivities that went into the early hours. It felt overwhelming and hard to relax due to the sounds penetrating the room.

The hotel has a lifeless vibe, lacking any warmth despite being in a vibrant area!!! A passive pillar blocked light in the room, making it feel cramped. Read the room specifications carefully to avoid misleading bed arrangements!!!

We had a wonderful stay with our grown-up kids, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Suite King. The staff was exceptional. special shoutout to Sanjay at the reception for his friendliness. The location was perfect, surrounded by great eateries and shops for all our needs.

My kids wished the noise levels were lower for a better sleep.

the web service for ordering extra accessories is very conveniant and user-friendly. some rooms had an unwanted food smell.
